The Heritage Circle specialises in design, development and delivery of heritage projects that connect heritage, people and place. Our projects support communities to engage with, celebrate, maintain and protect built and cultural heritage. Heritage projects are delivered either directly, or in partnership with statutory agencies, voluntary and community sector organisations.

Strategic Organisational Development
The Heritage Circle CIC brings deep experience in heritage leadership, organisational development, and project delivery across Northern Ireland. Our team has led organisations through major periods of strategic change, including full organisational reviews, governance restructuring, refreshed branding and digital development, and the implementation of new long‑term strategies supported by major funders such as the National Lottery Heritage Fund.​

Our experience spans project planning, management, fundraising, partnership development, reporting, and day‑to‑day operational leadership. We have delivered organisational transformation projects, strengthening governance, strategy, branding and operational capacity for heritage organisations.

Heritage Project Management
The Heritage Circle brings extensive experience delivering heritage recording, public‑engagement and capacity building projects across Northern Ireland and internationally. Our work spans organisational development, strategic facilitation, community capacity building, digital heritage innovation and large‑scale public programmes. We support partners to strengthen their governance, engage communities, record and care for historic places in sustainable and impactful ways.
Our experience includes the delivery of major multi‑year programmes such as Heritage at Risk NI, Hands On Heritage NI and Open Heritage Belfast, where we have combined project management with public engagement, volunteer development, digital tools and community‑led approaches.
